When it comes to chores, I hate ironing and laundry sorting, washing, drying, folding and place in each one´s closets.
Am I sick?! lol

Ah, sensitive teeth can cause major pain and discomfort.

The pain is so electrifying.

I went to my dentist.

Well, it turns out one of my teeth are just really sensitive. My dentist explained to me that I was brushing my teeth too hard along my gum line. He prescribed this toothpaste and he suggested that it is better I don´t rinse after use. Argh!

Making a change…If they can do it, so can I.

Actually, the biggest loser show (pinoy edition) inspires me in so many ways.

I don’t have weight problems but I want to get happy and healthy, as they say, a healthy mom can be the greatest assets to a family. I´m a mom of twins and I want to be a healthy mom.

Execises are important not only for our weight but for our health, so I just keep telling myself that I want to be healthy. I believe a healthy body builds a strong mind.
